cylinder bushes

The unit utilizes 5 induction furnaces of different capacities and advanced centrifugal casting machines capable of producing various cylinder liners of different weights and dimensions and light and semi-heavy components. All stages of the casting process are carefully controlled from the input of the raw material to the exit of the final product, in this respect the quality of the input material, the melt chemical composition, the temperature and the germination process using laboratory facilities within the specified control and maintenance range.

Alloys of manufactured products meet international defined standards or as per customers’ request. The bushes are made of gray alloy cast iron skillet and have chemical composition within the specified range and microscopic structure with A-type graphites and perlitic field as well as a network of phosphidiotectic phase which creates quality and length.

The cylinder liner is made of melting iron, cast iron and adding various alloys and casting it in sand or metal molds, so careful selection of the elemental elements and precise percentage determination of these elements as well as their cooling conditions can result in poor or poor quality. The quality of the products will be improved, as a result of having a laboratory equipped with melting furnace analyzers prior to casting in order to determine the percentage of necessary elements as well as other devices, such as metallography and hardness measurement, and the presence of metallurgical engineers. That cannot address these steps; it will require continuous improvement of quality.
