This unit manufactures bushes with precision dimension and flatness according to customer’s request using all kinds of CNC milling machines, milling machines, trim cylinders, stone-centrifugal machines and final polishing. The final machining and polishing is very carefully controlled and any potential waste is eliminated at any stage. It should be noted that the engineers, according to the type of bush alloy and the permitted transistors according to the production plans, proceeded to program the CNC machines and select the best process and most suitable cutting tools and diamonds while maintaining the dimensional accuracy of the product which prevents residual stress during machining operations.
